Turbulence
It is 2014 and the Cameron Government is under increasing
pressure from the Tory shires to stop the spread of windfarms.
Just such a proposal brings Jake back to the family home in
deepest rural England, his return threatening to expose a
long-hidden family secret and also the highly profitable
development of the family estate. How far will a man go to
protect his integrity and wealth?
Pranksters returned to The Star with the premiere of
this timely play that explores themes of love, marriage
and betrayal against the backdrop of a fiercely contested
planning proposal.
